Born and raised in Orange County, California, Dr. Shalom is the son of a physician — medicine was never just a career, it was a calling. After completing his undergraduate studies at UC Irvine, a post-baccalaureate program at Cal State Los Angeles, and his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, he pursued advanced training in hair restoration surgery and facial aesthetics during his chief residency year.

As co-founder of Plastics Medspa in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lizeth brings firsthand expertise in building and scaling aesthetic medical practices from the ground up. Having worked alongside industry leaders in facial and aesthetic surgery, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to run a high-performance medspa — from hiring and HR to equipment procurement and operational excellence.
At Dr. Hair 90210, Lizeth oversees the full operational infrastructure of the medspa division, ensuring every clinical and administrative system supports the seamless, luxury experience our patients expect.

Jaymie Thompson, R.N.
Clinical Coordinator & Hair Restoration Consultant
With over fifteen years of clinical experience spanning critical care nursing and senior medical device specialist roles, Jaymie brings a level of clinical rigor to patient consultations that is rare in the aesthetic space. Her career — from bedside ICU nursing at Kaweah Health through senior specialist positions at Abbott, Inari Medical, and Merit Medical — has trained her to assess patients with precision and coordinate care without gaps.
At Dr. Hair 90210's Scottsdale location, Jaymie leads initial triage consultations and coordinates hair restoration procedures, ensuring every patient enters the process informed, confident, and cared for.

Lorena Alvarado brings a rare blend of clinical foundation and client relationship expertise to every patient she works with. Originally from Palm Springs, Lorena began her career as a medical assistant — developing a hands-on understanding of patient care and clinical workflows. Her front-desk medical office experience sharpened her instinct for the details that matter most: clear communication, seamless scheduling, and making patients feel genuinely at ease.

Shauna Kahen spent nearly two decades managing the financial and personal needs of some of the most discerning clients in the country. As SVP and Managing Director of the Private Banking Group at E.H. National Bank in Beverly Hills, and previously Vice President at Boston Private Bank, Shauna built her reputation on a single principle: the client always comes first.
Holding a BS in Management from UC Irvine and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, she brings that same white-glove philosophy to patient relations at Dr. Hair 90210 — guiding each patient with attentiveness, confidentiality, and personal care.
